Refund and Returns Policy

Your Satisfaction Comes First

At Glowteezone, your satisfaction is our priority. If your Hawaiian shirt does not meet expectations due to damage, defect, or an error on our part, you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees for approved returns.

Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange if:

  • You received the wrong size, color, or design due to our error
  • The item is torn, stained, misprinted, or defective
  • There is a printing issue or a size deviation greater than 1.5 inches
  • The item was damaged during shipping (contact us within 30 days of delivery)

Return Requirements

  • The item must meet one of the eligibility conditions listed above
  • The product must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Situations

  • Incorrect size selection made by the customer
  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Minor color variations due to screen display differences

Custom-made items are eligible for return only if they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error, we will cover the return shipping cost or provide a replacement at no additional charge.
  • For other approved returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Clear photos showing the issue

If requesting an exchange, please specify the desired size or design.

Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds or replacements are processed within 7 business days
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Depending on your payment provider, funds may take 3–5 business days to appear

Shipping & Carrier Delays

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or carrier delays. If your package appears delayed, please contact us at [email protected] and we will assist in investigating the shipment.
