8. Order Changes, Cancellations & Refunds

All products sold on Glowteezone are made to order.

You may request to modify or cancel your order within a limited time after placing it. To do so, please contact us immediately at [email protected].

• Orders may be edited or canceled before entering production.
• Production may begin as early as 2–12 hours after the order is placed, depending on workflow volume.

Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.

If you receive a faulty or incorrect product, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and order details. We will review your claim promptly and provide a resolution in accordance with our Refund Policy.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
